Kites Croft, Fareham Estee Lauder Cosmetics Limited, at Constellation House, Kites Croft, Fareham is responsible for finance, administration and distribution for the Group. There is a mix of departments and disciplines across the Site:-

Business Management, the Financial Support Group as well as Corporate Salaries and Payroll, IT, Human Resources and Warehousing and Distribution roles.
